A great place to see/take photos of surfers riding waves. I was told Pipeline is around here and Pipeline is known for surfing.

Parking: Yes. If come during week days, there're plenty parking stalls. I'm not sure about weekends...may get full easily.
Restroom: Yes, and not that dirty.
Great place to set up your camping chairs and relax in the shade. Also a great place to park your bicycles.
