Awesome Thai food! Great selection and the Pad Thai was one of the best we have had in some time. They offer variable levels of spiciness, which is nice. They only moved into the space 2 months ago, so they are still filling out the interior but there is a lot of outdoor seating.
After finishing our meal, we had difficulty with throwing away our containers since the trash cans were overflowing.
Honestly, this place is very very average. Not sure why the hype, maybe just because it’s something different in town? Prices are ok and portions are huge but the flavors are so far from proper Thai and the food was just plain bland. Very little seasoning in either dish we had (green curry and fried fish) and the spring rolls were awful and obviously bought not made. Proper Thai food is bold, fresh and spicy. There was nothing like that here and everything was just so damn dry.
This is the only food truck I've found on the North Shore that has vegan selections. The girls working there are so sweet and welcoming. They also included a special vegan sauce that normally doesn't come with the food. I got the vegan glass noddles and with the sauce they were delicious and just spicy enough. I also enjoy the location and set up of the food truck, it's very relaxing. I will continue to eat at this place every time I'm on the North Shore! :)
Our food was flavorful and delicious. Fresh ingredients. One of the best Yam Nua beef salads I’ve had. The Thai iced tea was sweet and refreshing.
This is a review for the restaurant location not the food truck. After placing our orders, we waited about 30 minutes for our food. So, if you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the restaurant for you.
Delicious food but the restaurant atmosphere needs some work.
If you’re from a big city, this will be way below the standard you expect from Thai/fusion food. Shame really.
Hmmm so this place used to run out of a truck down at sunset beach. They’ve moved into town into a space that oddly feels like an empty hotel lobby. They have a large patio with plenty of outdoor seating, so large that we couldn’t hear the people at counter yelling our names to come get the food. Get a megaphone? What happened to the “we text you when your food is ready”. Growing pains, i assume they assume they can fill this huge space. The food was still delicious, it did take a lot longer than it used to.
