We are a family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids-17 and 13) and the adults did kayaking and the kids did paddle boarding. The staff was very helpful and got us in the direction of the river...it was so cool and fun. Later that same day, we met up with Ken (super awesome dude) and his son (cool kid) for surf lessons with the kids. My kids loved having Ken as an instructor and thought he was laid back. We even went and had Ice Cake with Ken and his son....we sat and chatted for a while. It was cool to hang with a local...thanks for the great customer service and for being so friendly. I am a travel agent and purchased the Go Oahu card, which has Sea and Board Sports Hawaii activities on it. It is a screaming deal and would highly recommend tourist to get it if going to Oahu and wanting to do tourist activities. Even if you don't get the Go Oahu card, I would highly recommend going to Haleiwa (North Shore) for surf lessons, kayaking, paddle boarding with Sea and Board Sports Hawaii. Maholo!
Steve and Jacy were fantastic! Our family did a group surf lesson and rented kayaks. The lessons were great, we learned A Lot! The kayaks were fun and there were a few options for where to go. Lots of turtles in the area, lots of room on the beach and good food close by.
JC was great and helpful in many ways; my wife was successful at stand up paddle boarding, we got great pictures, and she saw sea turtles for the first time close up. Cameron and Kenny were instrumental in getting my wife off to a great start in the water. Also, the restaurant a cross the street was very good and had great salads. Mahalo
We had tons of fun learning to surf from our instructor Drake. He was very knowledgeable and got us right up on the first wave. We recommend surf lessons to anyone visiting the north shore!
Amazing experience!! The instructors took excellent care of me and my family, they are patient, encouraging, and friendly, truly inforgettable! Will go back to Sea and Board again!
