Horrible horrible. Customer service for this company is non existent. The brochure says Fun day on the North Shore. I’d like to hear who would say a full day of down pouring rain would consider kayaking, hiking a water fall and any outdoor activity fun in inclement weather? Not me. What they should have done was refunded the full amount no questions asked. Instead on my honeymoon I wasted my time hearing about how they can’t be accountable for weather conditions just make the best of it. I would not recommend this place unless without a shadow of a doubt you know you’ll have a sunny day or if you like being wet and cold and pay money to sit on a bus.
Uncle Kevin is great. Thanks bro my family had a blast. I highly recommend using uncle Kevin he made the tour fun and he really knows his sh.. it was a very fun and exciting trip and we even learned some very cool facts about the culture.
Awesome! Quality tour, don’t listen to people complaining about the rain. It’s Hawaii the weather is always changing! We expected rain and it ended up being the most beautiful day of the week. Uncle Kevin knew his stuff, we learned tons about Oahu and why areas are named the way they are. Always request Uncle Kevin, he’s so cool.

He really cared about our enjoyment throughout the tour. Thanks a million for the best time ever. This was the best part of our honeymoon trip !!
