I ordered a burger medium. When I got it, I cut it in half, like I always do, and it was well done. I took a bite to eat it anyway, but it was crumbly and dry. I brought it back to the counter, and the person said "oh, would you like it more like medium?" That's what I ordered. When I got the replacement I had been given HALF a burger. Clearly torn in half. I was told "that's just how my cook did it. There's nothing I can do about it." So I wasn't even give what I paid for, let alone in an edible form. I wouldn't have bothered to write a review if I didn't like the food. The snotty, purposefully rude and awful service is why I'm bothering.
Place has a huge reputation, was disappointed to find pre made patties but it was ok. All the burger fixings are top notch and fresh. Their version of fries are really good. Its a fairly greasy place but what do you really expect. First two times I had the burger but again the patty was disappointing. Next time I had the chicken burger and that was surprising good. You won't leave hungry.
Great burgers and service. I’ve been here multiple times and it hasn’t disappointed. I’ve had the avocado burger and the pineapple burger, both are delicious. The kids had turkey sandwich which I tried and it’s some of the best turkey I’ve ever had.
The hamburger was awesome! The food here is great. Friendly and prompt service. You have choice to eat inside in air conditioning or outside to people watch. Highly recommend if on the north side!
If you are in north shore area and you are a fan of an big juicy burger, definitely check out this restaurant! This place does not disappoint. Their burger is so big and so juicy, and can we take a look at the avocado they put in there?? It's heaven!!!
