The building tech was able to replace my drip pan after more than 15 days without AC in JULY. Now....the "new motor" that AGAPE placed in my AC unit only blows on HIGH....when I turn the control for the fan speed nothing happens.
Poor service. Was only supposed to have the "drip pan" updated on my AC. This company replaced the motor, which did NOT fix the problem of the leaking drip pan. When I explained this to them, he told me I was stupid, (not exaggerating, he called me stupid!). I had the building service tech come in and inform AGAPE AC that in fact it was ONLY the DRIP PAN that needed replacing, the motor was fine. FINALLY had to have AGAPE leave my apartment as matters were heated and we were literally in a screaming match.
I don't give this company any stars, but the site won't allow me to post without checking at least one star... :-(
