I've been to the Kahala location multiple times for business and pleasure and have always been impressed. When I found out about their north shore location, I just had to stop. It's a completely unique experience! The flavors are they feature are unique and made fresh on site, the whiskey maple pecan was absolutely to die for! I don't make it to north shore often enough to get it! Bring it to the Kahala location!
I love this gelato business! My favorite part about the north shore location is that all the flavors are made at that location! It's exciting and absolutely divine to see what flavors they have to offer every time I go in! Right now, there is a butter pecan flavor of the month and oh my, it's so delicious! I am not even a big fan of pecans, but I am now! :D You have to try this gelato and the sorbettos too. ;)

Everyone here is super nice and willing to help! The cute guy behind the counter was very helpful in our choices for the most delicious gelato I've ever had! Super great food and wonderful service!
Rude and misinformed. I just left this place with my husband at 3:10 December 22d . I asked for the average carb content of a single scoop as my husband is a insulin dependent diabetic. Was told with attitude that there are no carbs in gelato. Turns out I was able to read in their content book 19 grms per scoop before I was rudely told not to read anything in that book. Do you people get diabetics can die with misinformation like this? Rudiest service I've had in all of Hawaii. Made the good tasting gelato alot more sour. Shame on you
