Great place to grab some breakfast or lunch on the north shore. The have a nice selection on the menu at fair prices. The portions are huge and will feed two people most of the time, you also get a free slice of pie with every plate which is awesome. Got to try the so-called famous Chocolate Haupia Cream Pie but didn't found it that good. Anyways the place is great and totally worth a visit.

On our way to Van Surf’s Event, we dropped in to get coffee and decided to try the coconut and apple pie. Love the flaky crust. Apple was better than coconut, but worth trying. Lots of fillings and not too sweet.

Ted's has a lot of outdoor seating and decent parking for this part of Oahu. It is also very easy to see from the highway. The dishes are fair for the prices and the menu is diverse. However, as a vegetarian, I find the options very limited and found it difficult to order (the only "salad" was a macaroni salad). The grilled cheese was mediocre but the French fries were salty and crispy.

Ted's is a pretty good place to stop for a quick breakfast, dinner, or a snack in the afternoon, nothing exceptional. Their hours are good and their food is decent and all freshly made. Everything's a little greasy for my taste but it isn't bad if you like American fare. They are supposed to be famous for their pies, which are good but nothing special very sweet. They have a good selection of foods on the menu. The staff is generally helpful and friendly but most of them don't speak great English so you have to be very careful when you're ordering. The portion sizes are huge so most people can easily split one dinner plate or breakfast plate. You can usually expect a 10-minute wait on your food because they seem to always be busy because of their hours (they're the only ones open early in the morning and late at night).

Amazing shrimp, macaroni salad, rice and slice of pie. Prices are way better than Giovanni's. If I had the choice between the two shrimp places, I would choose Ted's Bakery everyday. Friendly and kind with great food, easily the best shrimp place on the North Shore.
