This is not a friendly or welcoming store. They were rude and arrogant. Female manager was condescending. I'm suprised this store could survive in friendly Haleiwa.

The people here were welcoming, even though all we wanted to do was browse. They were happy to tell us about the art on display. Gorgeous pieces, and highly recommended
If there was a way to give zero stars...the female with the russian accent that met me at the door was very rude and condescending. As in how dare I just come into the store to browse? I love Wyland's works, don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't buy a ten dollar keychain if available from this store. They need better help at this place. How can they stay in business? Go to the Waikiki store, they are much nicer.
